UK delivery is free and will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked, within three working days of being ordered.  International orders will be charged at £6.99 for Europe, and £13.99 for the rest of the world*, using the most appropriate trackable courier for your country. Delivery times may vary, and can be up to two weeks for some countries.  Any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Your order will be packaged in a hardback sleeve for protection, or a tube, depending on its size.

You may return your purchase in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Our returns, refunds, and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please email info@splitscreeninnovations.co.uk with your request, and for our return address.

Refunds

Items will only be refunded after 14 days of receipt if they are defective or arrive damaged. Please send us an email with photos attached of the damage at info@splitscreeninnovations.co.uk.

If the returned item is approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be eligible. 

If you wish to exchange your item, the buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item; you may consider using a trackable shipping service to return the item or purchasing shipping insurance.

Purchases which have been damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge.

This policy applies only to items purchased on www.splitscreeninnovations.co.uk, items purchased in Camden or on Etsy will have their own policies on returns, and you will need to contact them directly.
